Hi. I'm WhiteFelineWonder, or you can call me WFW or Eric for short. I'm a kemono artist on the Autism spectrum, using art as my means of escapism, outlet, communication, and for my OCs and such! Do note that I also have depression, making art and expressing myself even more important.

WonderNet stuff!
WonderNet was a seperate website of mine on Neocities dedicated to my OCs. It started with me using Wix at least five or six years ago, but it's a very old site (and it's still up), and outdated.
It started at least eight years ago when I was drawing in high school, but I didn't start off as myself. That wasn't till 2019. Ever since then, art has given me a world for me to express myself. Hopefully one day I can make this place as my general hub for stuff in the future. While there's also writing thanks to therapy, I found that art has been the most useful method for me expressing myself.
Fast forward a couple of years and I find myself using Neocities, having learned a bunch as both my websites are developed as time goes on. And now.... here I am on Nekoweb! Because it seems the person behind Neocities is one of those guys who like artificial slop. And well, I don't really wanna support someone who's a "red tech bro" as I'll put it.
While a lot of things from WonderNet might not be here anymore, I assure you a shrine dedicated to it will be build in memoriam. You could view WonderNet as a stepping stone for future stuff that relates to static site hosts, experiementing, getting the layout juuuuuuust right, etc.
cuz it's wondernet, it's my baby, and to throw it away would be stabbing myself in the back, and i can't do that when there's so many memories made with it.
So while WonderNet may be diluted and merged with this site from now on, it's not forgotten.
While we're here, I wanna mention a few OCs of mine in particular.
Selfie, is me. As the name is, it's my self-insert.
Eric, the OG. He's the hand I hold onto in the dark, and I just can't and won't let go. Without him, I'm lost.
Lavie, born from the dreams. A bridge between the ID, ego, & super ego, as therapy puts it, a voice of reason in my drawings.
Tiramisu, no arms is no problem. She helps with me accepting more of my reduced OCs, like Periwinkle and Mint.
Celery, the happiest little bean. Any sort of happiness I have around, even if this world is harsh.
Wonder-chan, WonderNet's mascot. The fun of having your own website and not the typical social media.
Gloombus, semi-begrudgingly. A manifestation of everything wrong, with the sole desire of wanting more control.
Obviously I love my OCs. Though there are some that have more importance with me than others. I'm not saying they're better, it's just with therapy, there's more signifigance to them.
Admittingly, it's kind of hard to keep track of everybody since there's so many characters. actually that's part of the reason why wondernet was a thing- But in a way, you could say it's like my friends, or my plushie friends. Something I can hug and cherish despite how cold every day feels. Sure, they're not real, and I may have multiple days, weeks on end, where I just strongly wish they were, but they're real to me.
And now here's some lore about the magic crystals that've been scattered around Sketchopolis. It's lengthy so bear with me.
Sketchopolis is the "light realm" of my OC world, it's where almost everyone is. Although, while Sketchopolis is the centerpiece of the daily lives of my OCs, there's another realm, though this one is deep within the Earth; the "dark realm", also known as Gloom Town.
Gloom Town is home to a race of beings made from the darkest of shadows, taking unique shapes with the adhesiveness of shadow goo, and they are known as Nightmarians. Nightmarians have white, thin eyes, with luminous red sclera, but can also have yellow sclera too. They glow faintly in the dark, the glow being based on the color of their sclera. These beings are capable of taking shape of anything, agilty, flight, strength, adaptiveness, and observation, leading them to be quite an innovative people.
Although, these beings of the dark aren't just like your average person, no. Nightmarians are fueled by one thing: power. The king of the Nightmarians, Gloombus, once heard of a tale from many centuries ago about a king who wished to humble himself and avoid letting power corrupt him. He spent his last moments as king traveling to the snowy mountains, where he was able to avoid temptation and rest peacefully thanks to some of the locals who reside in the cold.
As the king found a group of necromancers, he explained how he wished to avoid this corruptive temptation of power. The necromancers would aid him, but at the cost of his life. T'was not an easy choice to make, but the king knew it was for the greater good.
The people, once they heard about their king's passing, were greatly upset. Fortunately a new king was appointed to watch over the people after they paid tribute to their predecessor. The necromancers who aided the previous king to the path of peaceful rest, knew that such great power can be used for bad, and the people who were at ground level also knew this too, so a meeting was held between the snow tribe and the local residents one night.
They were conversing about the previous king's passing, and what will happen now that he has passed. The snow tribe, with the aid of the new king, concealed the previous king's power into special, shiny crystals, each containg a piece of his power. They scattered them across the globe, to even the farthest corners of the world. From marble pillars, to the scorching sands, to the coldest tundras, everywhere around the world. That way, no one could reach them.
However, one night, a civilian of the kingdom overheard about these crystals, and had planned to look for one of them, but the guards imprisoned him before he could even get out of the village's walls, and tossed him into the dungeon, where he spent the rest of his life decaying. Now, as time proceeds, this tale has been passed down from breakthrough to breakthrough, documented quite well in the history books.
Fast forward to today, where the city of Sketchopolis filled to the brim with pretty decorations, lights, and oppurtunities around every corner. The Nightmarian king was silently observing light realm life from a distance. Having stolen one of the crystals already, he was able to get a bird's eye view from far away, and was silently studying how everyday life was, and dreaming of one day, destroying the world.
Gloombus was eyeing someone who was entering the library, talking about the king's tale and its history, and how one day, that person would love to be a historian. That alone was enough for Gloombus to spread the message back to the beings of the dark, having already stolen a book about this tale. Once back in Gloom Town, all the Nightmarians gathered round as Gloombus announced his ultimate plan to conquer the light realm. They were excited, they were clamouring, chanting "power", but most importantly, they were furious and driven by wrath, due to the sole fact that these magic crystals were all in the light realm. And they were out for genocide. War. Armageddon.
These magic crystals hold a fraction of the old king's power, letting the weilder do whatever they so desire. They can bring global peace, correct what was wrong, and bring gardens upon gardens of beautiful flowers. But they can also cause corruption, fallout, global depression, and tons more horrendous things should they fall into the wrong hands.
However, these crystals can be further broken down into fractions of fractions, bringing a whole new layer to this tale, and what some light world people don't know, is that there's a bit of that magic with them. The only thing left is to ponder if they'll be a hero sent from above, or if they'll succumb to the shadows and be blinded in the pursuit of coming out on top.
And now that that's done...
It's time for the QNA!
How many OCs do you have?
At least 48. Some OCs of mine are halfcuts, in which they have no torso. Some OCs are just legs. Even if they're just legs or halfcuts, it's something I find comfort in. If it brings me solace and peace, then there's no issue with it.
one of my ocs was made to help me be more accepting and comfortable of my characters who are just legs and halfcuts actually
What's something you hope to complete one day?
