Sup? Name's Taiiku! Also hi to the WonderNet veterans!
I like going on adventures! There's always something new to explore and treasures to find, but there's also some monsters out there who wanna ruin people's fun, so I get the job done with my trusty pal Deston!
Though if there's one thing I don't like, is really stubborn people or those that wanna hurt King Prism or anybody else in the kingdom.
I'm a brave and adventurous fox who resides outside of Sketchopolis, over on the east side of the city. There's this huge kingdom past a forest, that's where me, Deston, and King Prism are. Deston rather keeps to himself but he means well. It started with me learning to fight after being picked on since I.. wasn't really "normal" and some students who were also learning to fight picked on me. That's when I not only met Deston, but also King Prism! Deston was the one who helped me with dealing with these guys, and King Prism saw that both of us would do great for being higher up defenders of the castle. Now we were learning some special techniques for defending ourselves, and Deston managed to get a really cool sword from the local blacksmith! I'll admit I'm a little jealous but as long as I have myself to be a force of nature, I'm good!
There's an ancient tale that King Prism knows of, actually, here's how it goes!
Legend says that there exists special magic crystal shards out there in lands far and wide, and each of these crystals contain a piece of a former king's power. This power lets anybody wish for anything, and I do mean anything, which means both good and bad. How did the power get split? The king feared that with all this power, he may go haywire and either cause his kingdom to fall under his heirarchy due to corruption, or have his desires get the better of him. So one day, he set out on a journey to humble himself before his time as king was over, which included a journey up a mountain, which housed a group of necromancers. The king explained his fear of his role in society to them, and told them to think of a way to let him retire peacefully. After some time, the necromancers thought of something. They offered to help him with his situation at the cost of being too weak to move on with the rest of his life. It was a hefty compromise, but he was willing to go with it. Before he made it to the mountains, he made sure to leave a note behind for the rest of his family about his final journey.
After retiring peacefully, the necromancers sent a message to the kingdom, explaining that the king's power has been spread around in lands far and wide, like the hottest deserts, coldest tundras, and fiercest forests for example. It only took one person to secretly plan his adventure to search this. Eventually, the guards caught wind of this and sent him to rot in the dungeons.
Fast forward to a few years ago, it seems as if someone from the dark world, or rather, Gloom Town, caught wind of this old tale, and now after a few years later, we're in this spot where Gloombus and his minions are trying to grab ahold of these shards, and it's a group effort from me, Deston, King Prism, this kingdom, and the Sketchopolis Blue Task Force to stop Gloombus and his cohorts from getting so much power and possibly destroying the entire world. It's not an easy task, that's for sure.
And that's the history of the crystal shards, to the best of my knowledge! I wonder if WonderNet is still with the others, cuz I know for sure it's still around here in Sketchopolis.
